У разі затримки бюджетного фінансування, розрахунок за виконані послуги здійснюється протягом 7 банківських днів з дати отримання Замовником бюджетного призначення на фінансування предмету даного Договору на свій реєстраційний рахунок. За наявності відповідного бюджетного призначення у Замовника виникають зобов’язання за Договором.
