Сир кисломолочний 9%, 55 кг., на період грудня 2021 року. Поставка товару здійснюється згідно з заявкою Замовника (усної або письмової) на територію Комунального закладу «Дошкільний навчальний заклад (ясла-садок) комбінованого типу №2 "Берізка" … Слобожанської селищної ради", за адресою: Дніпропетровська область, Дніпровський район, смт Слобожанське, вул. Будівельників, буд.7А. Товар має постачатися дрібними партіями у кількості та асортименті згідно із заявками Замовника в робочі дні з 7:30 і не піздніше 10:00 години наступної доби, на адресу закладу Замовника. Обсяг кожної партії визначається Замовником залежно від фактичної потреби. Доставка здійснюється за рахунок Постачальника та транспортом Постачальника з дотриманням санітарно-гігієнічних умов зберігання та перевезення продукції. При поставці товару повинні надаватися супровідні документи, що передбачені чинним законодавством України та підтверджують його походження, якість, відповідність державним стандартам (умовам).
