Приймаючи до уваги те, що під час публікації через електронну систему публічних закупівель України Prozorro закупівлі природного газу для забезпечення потреб установи на період - листопад 2021 рік – 31 грудня 2021 року (код національного класифікатора України ДК 021:2015 «Єдиний закупівельний словник» – 09120000-6 (Газове паливо) було допущено помилку щодо її процедури, а саме замість переговорної процедури (скороченої) було вказано - переговорна процедура, відмінити переговорну процедуру закупівлі за вказаним предметом закупівлі (2) неможливості усунення порушень, що виникли через виявлені порушення законодавства щодо закупівель).
