Розрахунки проводяться шляхом оплати Замовником товарів після пред'явлення Постачальником відповідної накладної. Розрахунок за поставлені товари здійснюється за фактом поставки товарів на умовах відстрочки платежу до 30 календарних днів. Бюджетні зобов'язання та платежі здійснюються лише за наявності відповідних бюджетних призначень (асигнувань) та в межах надходжень згідно із законодавством. У разі затримки бюджетного фінансування розрахунки за поставлені товари здійснюються протягом 10 банківських днів з дати отримання Замовником бюджетного призначення на фінансування закупівлі на свій реєстраційний рахунок.
