Розрахунок проводиться на підставі оформленого належним чином Акту наданих послуг, підписаного уповноваженими представниками обох сторін, після отримання Замовником бюджетних призначень на підставі ст. 48-49 Бюджетного кодексу України протягом 20 (двадцяти) банківських днів з дня підписання Сторонами Акту наданих послуг. У разі затримки бюджетного фінансування, розрахунок за послуги здійснюється протягом 10 (десяти) банківських днів з моменту отримання Замовником відповідних коштів на свій реєстраційний рахунок.
