Description:

Оплата у розмірі 100% ціни Договору здійснюється протягом 180 банківських днів після повного закінчення Підрядником всіх Робіт, підписання останнього Акта приймання виконаних будівельних робіт Замовником і здачі Об’єкта в експлуатацію. Розрахунок за виконані Роботи Замовник має право здійснити на свій вибір або шляхом перерахування грошових коштів, або шляхом емісії простого векселя (векселів). Вексель (векселі) видаються Замовником на суму фактично виконаних Підрядником Робіт. Номінальна вартість векселя (векселів) не повинна бути більше суми фактично виконаних Робіт. В момент (день) оформлення векселя (векселів) зобов’язання оплатити отримані Роботи у Замовника припиняються та виникає новий обов’язок оплатити вексель (векселі). Вексель (векселі) передаються за актом прийому-передачі. Підрядник зобов’язаний прийняти оформлений вексель (векселі) та підписати акт прийому-передачі.
