Якщо протягом гарантійного терміну товар виявиться дефектним або таким, … що не відповідає умовам цього Договору. Постачальник зобов’язаний в термін трьох днів замінити дефектний товар. Всі витрати, пов’язані із зміною товару неналежної якості (транспортні витрати та інше) несе Постачальник.
