Відповідно до вимог аб. 3 ч. 7 с. 14 Замовник протягом одного робочого дня з дня їх оприлюднення зобов’язаний надати роз’яснення на звернення учасників спрощеної закупівлі, які оприлюднюються в електронній системі закупівель, та/або внести зміни до оголошення про проведення спрощеної закупівлі. В зв'язку з ненаданням в строк визначений Законом, Замовник прийняв рішення відповідно до п.2 ч.17 ст.14 відмінити спрощену закупівлю з причини неможливості усунення порушень.
