Description:

Розрахунок за поставлений Товар Покупець здійснює протягом 14 (чотирнадцяти) календарних днів з дати підписання сторонами Акта приймання-передачі Товару, за умови реєстрації Постачальником податкових накладних в Єдиному реєстрі податкових накладних з дотриманням вимог Податкового кодексу України, та на підставі виставленого Постачальником рахунку фактури. Якщо Постачальник не є платником Податку на додану вартість: Розрахунок за поставлений Товар Покупець здійснює протягом 14 (чотирнадцяти) календарних днів з дати підписання сторонами Акта приймання-передачі Товару, та на підставі виставленого Постачальником рахунку фактури.
