Послуга з виготовлення рецензій на звіти з незалежної оцінки вартості об'єктів нерухомості, виконаних ТОВ «МАМУЛЬЧИК І К», а саме: нежитлового приміщення розташованого за адресою: Дніпропетровська область, м. Кривий Ріг, вул. Святогеоргіївська, буд.19, … прим.123; нежитлового приміщення , розташованого за адресою: Дніпропетровська область, м. Кривий Ріг, вул. Володимира Великого, буд.37а, прим.57.

Дана закупівля є допороговою. Однак, при розміщенні оголошення про здійснення даної допорогової закупівлі через електронну систему закупівель, воно не було розміщено з технічних причин - як було пояснено авторизованим електронним майданчиком e-tender … електронна система закупівель не "пропускає" допорогову закупівлю очікувана вартість якої є меншою за 3000,00 грн. Таким чином закупівля є допороговою, але позначена як спрощена - не з вини Замовника. Виконавець повинен провести рецензування двох звітів про незалежну оцінку вартості об’єктів нерухомості та виготовити на кожен звіт рецензії у 2-х екз. Рецензії повинні відповідати вимогам Національного стандарту №1 «Загальні засади оцінки майна і майнових прав», зі змінами (затверджений ПКМУ від 10.09.2003 № 1440).
