під час проведення переговорів та оголошення переговорної процедури закупівлі не вірно зазначено ідентифікатор закупівлі та ідентифікатор плану закупівлі. Відкриті торги проводились за одним предметом закупівлі з одним ідентифікатором плану з розподілом на лоти. А переговорна процедура проведена окремо по кожному лоту без використання єдиного індефікатора. Отже, за даних підстав тендерний комітет з конкурентної процедури повинен відмінити переговорну процедуру закупівлі на підставі ч. п. 2 ч.8 ст. 40
