Під час оприлюднення оголошення про закупівлю було зазначено суму з ПДВ, під час подання пропозицій учасниками було зазначено ціну для масок без ПДВ, а для піпеток та пластеру з ПДВ, що унеможливило підвантаження договору в систему, так як функціоналом електронного майданчику передбачено заповнення інформації щодо договору в полі № договору, сумма з ПДВ, без ПДВ, дата підписання та підвантажується договір . Системою розраховується сума з ПДВ та без ПДВ на всю сумму договору тому виникає необхідність у відміні допорогової закупівлі.
