Description:

Оплата загальної суми за Договором здійснюється Замовником шляхом передоплати ВИДАВЦЮ протягом 10 (десяти) робочих днів з моменту отримання належним чином оформленого замовлення. Попередня оплата за періодичні видання проводиться відповідно до постанови Кабінету Міністрів України № 1070 від 04.12.2019р. «Деякі питання здійснення розпорядниками (одержувачами) бюджетних коштів попередньої оплати товарів, робіт і послуг, що закуповуються за бюджетні кошти» із змінами, на строк не більше 12 місяців, в межах кошторисних призначень на відповідну мету згідно Положення про здійснення попередньої оплати товарів, робіт і послуг департаменту інформаційних технологій Дніпровської міської ради.
