Нікополь, Дніпропетровської області проведено спрощену закупівлю двічі https://prozorro.gov.ua/tender/UA-2020-10-15-000111-b та https://prozorro.gov.ua/tender/UA-2020-11-25-005023-c. В … обох закупівлях учасниками було допущено помилки. Опираючись на п/п 3, п. 7, ст.3 Закону України Про публічні закупівлі Редакція від 22.11.2020, підстава - 954-IX, а саме: «Якщо існує нагальна потреба у здійсненні закупівлі у зв’язку із виникненням об’єктивних обставин, що унеможливлюють дотримання замовниками строків для проведення спрощеної закупівлі» а саме термін проведення спрощеної закупівлі.
