На виконання вимог п. 14 Наказу від 11.06.2020 року № 1082 "Про затвердження Порядку розміщення інформації про публічні закупівлі " зазначається інформація щодо коду товару чи послуги, визначеного згідно з Єдиним закупівельним словником, що найбільше … відповідає назві номенклатурної позиції предмета закупівлі: Номенклатура: Код ДК 021:2015 - (48814000-7 – Медичні інформаційні системи); - Стаття 21 ЗУ "Про публічні закупівлі" регламентує, що Оголошення про проведення відкритих торгів повинно містити зокрема, інформацію про мову (мови), якою (якими) повинні готуватися тендерні пропозиції (ч. 2 п. 8 ст. 21 Закону). У зв'язку з відсутністю у Оголошенні закупівлі за процедурою: відкриті торги окремого поля "Мова якою повинні готуватися тендерні пропозиції" дана інформація зазначається у даних Примітках: Під час проведення процедури закупівлі усі документи, що мають відношення до тендерної пропозиції та складаються безпосередньо учасником, викладаються українською мовою. У разі надання інших документів складених мовою іншою ніж українська мова або російська мова, такі документи повинні супроводжуватися перекладом українською мовою, переклад (або справжність підпису перекладача) - засвідчений нотаріально або легалізований у встановленому законодавством України порядку. Тексти повинні бути автентичними, визначальним є текст, викладений українською мовою. У зв'язку з відсутністю функціоналу в специфікації закупівлі: "87 штуки" вважати за вірне - "87 користувачів".
