Передоплата за Товар, передбачений цим Договором, здійснюється відповідно до п. 1 Постанови Кабінету Міністрів України № 1070 від 04.12.2019 року «Деякі питання здійснення розпорядниками (одержувачами) бюджетних коштів попередньої оплати товарів, робіт і послуг, що закуповуються за бюджетні кошти» на строк не більше 12 місяців.
