Description:

Оплата проводиться після пред'явлення Постачальником видаткової накладної на товар та акту приймання - передачі товару , але не пізніше ніж через 30 днів з дня отримання товару Замовником . Оплата товару здійснюється Замовником в національній валюті України в безготівковій формі, шляхом перерахування коштів на рахунок Постачальника. Згідно ст.23 Бюджетного кодексу України бюджетні зобов'язання та платежі з бюджету здійснюється лиш за наявності відповідного бюджетного призначення . Фінансування здійснюється за кошти місцевого (обласного) бюджету.
