Оплата Акта прийняття-передавання товарної продукції Постачальника за Договором має бути здійснена Споживачем у строк, визначений в Акті, який не може бути меншим 7 (семи) робочих днів з моменту отримання його Споживачем. Уразі затримки бюджетного фінансування, оплата за спожиту електричну енергію здійснюється протягом 7 (семи) робочих днів з моменту отримання Споживачем відповідних коштів на свій реєстраційний рахунок, при цьому штрафні санкції та пеня до Споживача при затримці оплати не застосовуються.
