За результатами розгляду пропозиція учасника ТОВ "Компані Плазма" встановлено наступне. В складі пропозиції учасника відсутнє документальне підтвердження статусу уповноваженого представника виробника (дилера, дистриб’ютора тощо) від виробника то-вару по поз. (3) ТД «Барнаульські талі», що не відповідає вимогам п.5.1 розділу 3 ТД. 22.10.2020р. оприлюднено повідомлення з вимогою про усунення невідповіднос-тей. За результатами розгляду пропозиція учасника ТОВ "ЕНЕРГОПОСТАЧСЕРВІС" встановлено наступне. В складі пропозиції учасника надана довідка про відсутність підстав для відмови в участі у процедури закупівлі, в якій відсутня інформація щодо відсутності підстав передбачених в п.12 ч.1 та ч.2 ст.17 Закону, що не відповідає вимогам п.1 розділу 3 тендерної документації. В складі пропозиції учасника надана страхова гарантія № 400980 від 09.10.2020р., в якій зазначено термін дії з 12.10.2020 по 09.02.2020 включно, що не відповідає вимогам п.2 розділу 3 ТД. В складі пропозиції учасника наданий лист про платника податків, в якому ТОВ "ЕНЕРГОПОСТАЧСЕРВІС" зазначає, що не є платником податків на додану вартість та не є платником єдиного податку. Оскільки підприємство знаходиться на загальній системі оподаткування. Всупереч наданій учасником інформації, на офіційному веб-порталі Державної фіскальної служби України стосовно ТОВ «ЕНЕРГОПОСТАЧСЕРВІС» (ЄДРПОУ 42675011), за даними реєстру платників ПДВ, зазначено про реєстрацію останнього платником податку на додану вартість з 01.09.2020р. та присвоєння індивідуального податкового номера 426750108307. В зв’язку з вищевикладеним, тендерна пропозиція ТОВ "ЕНЕРГОПОСТАЧСЕР-ВІС" підлягає відхиленню, на підставі вимог абз.3 п.1 ч.1, абз.4 п.1 ч.1 та абз.5 п.1 ч.1 ст.31 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» № 922-VIII від 25.12.2015.
