Замовник здійснює оплату вартості товару, що постачається, шляхом перерахування коштів на розрахунковий рахунок ПОСТАЧАЛЬНИКА на підставі видаткової накладної при наявності бюджетного фінансування, протягом 10 (десяти) банківських днів з дня поставки товару. Зобов’язання щодо оплати за отриманий товар виникають у Замовника у разі наявності відповідного фінансування та у межах розміру такого фінансування. У разі затримки фінансування розрахунок за поставлений товар здійснюється протягом 7 банківських днів з дати отримання ЗАМОВНИКОМ фінансування закупівлі на свій рахунок.
