Замовник може надати Підряднику попередню оплату за Договором, виходячи з вимог Постанови Кабінету Міністрів України від 04.12.2019 р. №1070 «Деякі питання здійснення розпорядниками (одержувачами) бюджетних коштів попередньої оплати товарів, робіт і послуг, що закуповуються за бюджетні кошти» (протягом 10 банківських днів з дня отримання фінансування на розрахунковий рахунок) терміном не більше трьох місяців з моменту її отримання Підрядником, у розмірі який не перевищує 30% від суми визначеної у п. 3.3.1 даного договору, одним платежем.
