Розрахунки за поставлений Товар здійснюються відповідно до Бюджетного кодексу України після отримання Товару на умовах відстрочки платежу до 30-ти банківських днів. У разі затримки бюджетного фінансування розрахунок за поставлений Товар здійснюється протягом 10-ти банківських днів з дня отримання бюджетного призначення на фінансування закупівлі на свій реєстраційний рахунок. Місцезнаходження замовника - 50071, Дніпропетровська обл., місто Кривий Ріг, вул. Володимира Великого, будинок 32. Вид закупівлі - спрощена закупівля - для замовників, визначених у пунктах 1-3 частини першої статті 2 цього Закону, якщо вартість предмета закупівлі товару (товарів), послуги (послуг) менше ніж 200 тисяч гривень, а робіт - 1,5 мільйона гривень. Застосовані критерії оцінки - Єдиним критерієм оцінки згідно даної процедури відкритих торгів є ціна (питома вага критерію – 100%). Категорії замовника - підприємства, установи, організації, зазначені у пункті 3 частини першої статті 2 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі». Мова (мови), якою (якими) повинні готуватися тендерні пропозиції - Під час проведення процедури закупівлі усі документи, що мають відношення до тендерної пропозиції та складаються безпосередньо учасником, викладаються українською мовою.Код за ЄЗС ДК 021:2015, що найбільше відповідає назві номенклатурної позиції предмета закупівлі - 42965000-8 Обладнання для обробки інформації
