Explanation
Кошти на придбання заплановані за КЕКВ 3110 «Придбання обладнання предметів довгострокового користування», вартість яких перевищує 6000,00 грн без ПДВ. Розглянувши пропозиції учасників вартість предмету закупівлі становить менше 6000,00 грн. Згідно «Інструкції щодо застосування економічної класифікації видатків бюджету» затвердженого наказом Мінфін від 12.03.2012 р №333 витрати повинні здійснюватися за КЕКВ 2210 «Предмети, матеріали, обладнання та інвентар», тому було прийняте рішення перенести плани з КЕКВ 3110 на КЕКВ 2210 і як наслідок відмінити закупівлю, бо наразі не має технічної можливості скоригувати план в системі.
