Description:

Розрахунок за виконані роботи провадяться Замовником впродовж 30 календарних днів, після остаточного виконання робіт Підрядником за договором на підставі підписаного Сторонами Акту виконаних робіт (форма №КБ-2в) та довідки про вартість виконаних робіт (форма №КБ-3). У разі затримки бюджетного фінансування розрахунки за отримані послуги здійснюються на протязі 15-ти робочих днів з дати отримання Замовником бюджетного фінансування на свій реєстраційний рахунок у відділенні Державного казначейства. Бюджетні зобов'язання за договором виникають у разі наявності та в межах відповідних бюджетних асигнувань.
