під час складання заявки до тендерного комітету на закупівлю біологічних індикаторів було зроблено помилку в одиницях виміру – упаковка, оскільки ця продукція нами не закуповувалась та в інструкції до використання, з якої писалось медико-технічне завдання, не вказано кількість індикаторів в упаковці.
