Оплата проводиться після надання послуг Замовнику згідно акту виконаних послуг, але не пізніше ніж через 30 (тридцять) календарних днів з дня виконання послуг при наявності коштів на реєстраційному рахунку Замовника. У разі затримки бюджетного фінансування, розрахунок за виконані послуги здійснюється протягом 10 (десяти) банківських днів з дати отримання Замовником бюджетного призначення на фінансування закупівлі на свій реєстраційний рахунок. Протягом всього періоду затримки бюджетного фінансування до Покупця не можуть застосовуватися штрафні санкції за порушення строків оплати виконаних послуг.
