Description:

Замовник при наявності відповідних бюджетних коштів, керуючись Постановою Кабміну України від 04 грудня 2019 року № 1070, може здійснити попередню оплату (протягом 10 днів з дати отримання Замовником бюджетних коштів на фінансування закупівлі на свій реєстраційний рахунок) на виконання робіт, у розмірі, який не перевищує 30% від суми визначеної у п.3.3.1. на поточний рік даного договору, попередня оплата надається одним платежом. Підрядник зобов'язується використати отриману передплату протягом трьох місяців з дня її отримання або повернути невикористану передплату протягом трьох календарних днів з дня такого прострочення.
