Description:

Оплата проводиться після пред’явлення Виконавцем рахунку на оплату, акту виконаних послуг, але не пізніше ніж через 30 (тридцять) календарних днів з дня підписання акту виконаних послуг при наявності коштів на реєстраційному рахунку Замовника. У разі затримки бюджетного фінансування, розрахунок за надані послуги здійснюється протягом 10 (десяти) банківських днів з дати отримання Замовником бюджетного призначення на фінансування послуг на свій реєстраційний рахунок. Протягом всього періоду затримки бюджетного фінансування до Замовника не можуть застосовуватися штрафні санкції за порушення строків оплати.
