Розрахунки за виконані роботи здійснюються Замовником відповідно до взятих бюджетних зобов’язань в межах бюджетних асигнувань (ст.49 Бюджетного Кодексу України), виключно в межах відповідних фактичних надходжень (ст.48 Бюджетного Кодексу України) на підставі форми № КБ-2в «Акт приймання виконаних будівельних робіт», форми № КБ-3 «Довідка про вартість виконаних будівельних робіт та витрати», Договірної ціни та рахунку на оплату робіт проміжними платежами в міру виконання робіт. Роботи з використанням ресурсних норм не прямої дії не приймаються Замовником до сплати.
