Description:

Замовник при наявності відповідних бюджетних коштів, керуючись Постановою Кабміну України від 23 квітня 2014 р. № 117, може здійснити попередню оплату (протягом 10 днів з дати отримання Замовником бюджетних коштів на фінансування закупівлі на свій реєстраційний рахунок) на придбання матеріалів, конструкцій, виробів, для виконання робіт, у розмірі, який не перевищує 30% від суми визначеної у п.3.3.1. на поточний рік даного договор. Підрядник зобов'язується використати отриману передплату протягом трьох місяців з дня її отримання або повернути невикористану передплату протягом трьох календарних днів з дня такого прострочення. Джерело фінансування - кошти Державного та міського бюджетів.
