Згідно ч. 1 ст.31 Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі" замовник відміняє торги у випадку неможливості усунення порушень, що виникли через виявлені порушення законодавства з питань публічних закупівель.А саме в предметі закупівлі було зазначено "Автомобіль вантажопасажирський ",а в ТД у дод.№2 та в дод№1 до договору "Автомобіль вантажний" , що є суттєвою помилкою і не дає уникнути помилки.
