Description:

Покупець, при наявності відповідних коштів, може здійснити оплату (протягом 10 (десяти) календарних днів з дати отримання Покупцем призначення на фінансування закупівлі на свій реєстраційний рахунок) на придбання основних засобів, які мають бути придбані за Договором, на умовах попередньої оплати у розмірі, який не перевищує 75 відсотків від суми визначеної у п. 3.3.1 даного договору, на строк визначений Постановою Кабінету Міністрів України «Про здійснення попередньої оплати товарів, робіт і послуг, що закуповуються за бюджетні кошти» від 23 квітня 2014 року №117. Постачальник зобов'язується використати отриману передплату протягом трьох місяців з дня її отримання або повернути невикористану передплату протягом трьох календарних днів з дня такого прострочення. Джерело фінансування - кошти міського бюджету.
