Замовник, при наявності відповідних бюджетних коштів, може здійснити оплату (протягом 10 (десяти) календарних днів з дати отримання Замовником бюджетних коштів на фінансування закупівлі на свій реєстраційний рахунок) за послуги, які мають бути надані за Договором, на умовах попередньої оплати у розмірі, який не перевищує 30 відсотків від суми визначеної у п. 3.1 даного договору, на строк визначений Постановою Кабінету Міністрів України «Про здійснення попередньої оплати товарів, робіт і послуг, що закуповуються за бюджетні кошти» від 23 квітня 2014 року №117.Джерело фінансування - кошти міського бюджету.

Розрахунки оплати проводяться Замовником по факту надходження бюджетних коштів у безготівковій формі шляхом перерахування на розрахунковий рахунок Виконавця після підписання Сторонами Акту приймання-передачі послуг (далі – Акт) з відтермінуванням (при необхідності) платежу до 120 календарних днів.У разі затримки бюджетного фінансування розрахунок за надані послуги здійснюється протягом 10 (десяти) календарних днів з дати отримання Замовником бюджетних коштів на фінансування закупівлі на свій реєстраційний рахунок. Джерело фінансування - кошти міського бюджету.
