Description:

Замовник при наявності відповідних бюджетних коштів, керуючись Постановою Кабміну України від 23 квітня 2014 р. № 117, може здійснити попередню оплату (протягом 10 (десяти) календарних днів з дати отримання Замовником бюджетних коштів на фінансування закупівлі на свій реєстраційний рахунок) на придбання матеріалів, конструкцій, виробів, для виконання робіт, у розмірі, який не перевищує 30% від суми визначеної у п.3.3.1. даного договор. Підрядник зобов'язується використати отриману передплату протягом трьох місяців з дня її отримання або повернути невикористану передплату протягом трьох календарних днів з дня такого прострочення.

Description:

Оплата проводиться Замовником по факту надходження бюджетних коштів у безготівковій формі шляхом перерахування на розрахунковий рахунок Підрядника після підписання Сторонами акту виконаних робіт форми КБ-2В та довідок про вартість і витрати форми КБ-3 з відтермінуванням платежу до 120 календарних днів. Проміжні платежі за виконані роботи здійснюються в межах не більш як 95 відсотків їх загальної вартості за договірною ціною. Кінцеві розрахунки здійснюються у п’ятиденний термін після надходження бюджетних коштів на розрахункові рахунки Замовника, та після виконання і приймання всіх передбачених договором робіт.У разі затримки бюджетного фінансування розрахунок за виконані роботи здійснюється протягом 10 (десяти) календарних днів з дати отримання Замовником бюджетних коштів на фінансування закупівлі на свій реєстраційний рахунок.
