У грудні 2018 року згідно змінам до річного плану закупівель на 2018 рік була розпочата переговорна процедура закупівлі товару ДК 021:2015:09320000-8 –Пара, гаряча вода та пов’язана продукція ( послуги з постачання теплової енергії) за номером UA-2018-12-17-001538-с з КП КМР «Тепломережі» на очікувану вартість в сумі 250 000 грн., але з недоотриманням додаткових кошторисних призначень на 2018 рік та із закінченням бюджетного року переговорна процедура закупівлі не відбулась.
