У зв`язку з тим, що при здійсненні закупівлі допущено помилку при виборі та визначенні процедури закупівлі, тому згідно п.1 ст 31 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» вирішено відмінити закупівлю через неможливість усунення порушень, що виникли через виявлені порушення законодавства у сфері публічних закупівель., тому згідно п.1 ст 31 Закону замовник самостійно відміняє торги.
