«Замовник відміняє торги в разі:…. відсутності подальшої потреби у закупівлі товарів, робіт і послуг….» (ч.1 ст.31 Закону). Оскільки, розпорядженням міського голови «Про внесення змін до розподілу планових асигнувань міського бюджету на 2018 рік» №80-р від 21.02.2018 на закупівлю «Будівництво лівобережного з’їзду з мостового переходу через р.Дніпро на просп. Металургів, м. Кам’янське» виділено 50 000 гривень і до кінцевого строку укладання договору за результатами проведеної процедури закупівлі не збільшили асигнування на закупівлю «Будівництво лівобережного з’їзду з мостового переходу через р.Дніпро на просп. Металургів, м. Кам’янське», прийнято рішення відмінити торги із-за відсутності (станом на 26.03.2018) подальшої потреби у закупівлі товарів, робіт і послуг.
