Згідно додатку до річного плану, закупівля планувалась за кодом бюджетного класифікатора КЕКВ 3110, але після проведення аукціону на електронному майданчику «Держзакупівлі.онлайн», цінова пропозиція склала суму 75`675.60 грн., з урахуванням ПДВ., а по окремим позиціям вийшла за цінові межі витрат по коду 3110. На момент закінчення аукціону кошти для закупівлі ОЗ (основні засоби) за ціною менше ніж 6000,00 грн. без ПДВ., (код КЕКВ 2210) відсутні.
