Відповідно до частини шостої статті 41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі», підпункту 5 пункту 11.2 Договору про закупівлю № 55/2021 79540000-1 Послуги з усного перекладу (послуги професійного послідовного та синхронного перекладів під час проведення офіційних заходів) від 25 червня 2021 року (далі – Договір), для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку 2022 року Сторони дійшли згоди збільшити обсяг закупівлі послуг на 19200,00 грн (дев’ятнадцять тисяч двісті грн 00 коп.) без ПДВ, що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми, визначеної у Договорі.
