Ми, що нижче підписались:
ПРОДАВЕЦЬ – ТОВ «Корал» Довбиський фарфоровий завод» (вул. Поліська, буд. 1, смт. Довбиш, Звягельський р-н, Житомирська обл., 12724, код ЄДРПОУ 30825081), в особі ліквідатора-арбітражного керуючого Бандоли Олександра Олексійовича, який діє на підставі постанови Господарського суду Житомирської області від 19.12.2024 у справі № 906/475/24, з однієї сторони, та
ПОКУПЕЦЬ –ТОВ «ПЕГМАТИТ-ІНВЕСТ», (вул. Європейська буд. 7, м. Баранівка, Житомирська обл., 12701, код ЄДРПОУ 45856421), з іншої сторони, які в подальшому разом іменуються «Сторони», а кожна окремо - «Сторона», склали цей акт про наступне:
1. На підставі Протоколу проведення електронного аукціону № BRD001-UA-20250901-27393 сформованого 11.09.2025 16:30:31, ПРОДАВЕЦЬ передає ПОКУПЦЕВІ наступне майно, а саме:
Лот № 30825081-05: Колісний фронтальний навантажувач Foton Lovol FL956F, реєстраційний (зав.) номер Т 2366 ЖІ / CLW009LFG8V02414H.
2. Оператор авторизованого електронного майданчика, через електронний майданчик якого було надано найвищу цінову пропозицію: ТОВ "СКОМПАНІ" (код ЄДРПОУ 39580061, місцезнаходження юридичної особи: 03056, місто Київ, вул.Борщагівська, будинок 154, офіс 5).
3. Ціна реалізації: 260 926,00 грн. без ПДВ.
4. Розмір гарантійного внеску: 39 252,00 грн., без ПДВ.
5. Винагорода оператора, через електронний майданчик якого подано цінову пропозицію/найбільшу закриту цінову пропозицію/ставку 10 437,04 грн. з ПДВ.
6. ПОКУПЦЕМ за придбане майно на аукціоні сплачено повну ціну, яка становить 260 926,00 грн. без ПДВ.
