Протягом надання послуг учасник забезпечує достаню кількість столового та кухонного посуду, інвентарю . 8. Забезпечення належного санітарного стану харчоблоку. 9. Постійне проведення відомчого лабораторного контролю питної води. 10. Забезпечення збереженості приміщень та обладнання харчоблоку.
