Additional conditions for the lease of the property:
Об’єкт оренди є частиною нежитлового приміщення, частина якого вже перебуває в оренді в іншого суб’єкта господарювання, та не має окремого входу. Доступ до об’єкта оренди здійснюється виключно через суміжні орендовані приміщення, у зв’язку з чим орендар зобов’язаний дотримуватись внутрішнього режиму та графіку роботи, а також не створювати перешкод у користуванні приміщеннями іншим орендарем. Орендар не має права здійснювати перепланування, переобладнання, облаштування окремого входу, втручання у несучі конструкції, інженерні мережі або місця загального користування без письмової згоди орендодавця та отримання передбачених законодавством дозволів. У зв’язку зі специфікою розташування об’єкта оренди орендар зобов’язаний забезпечити дотримання вимог пожежної безпеки, санітарного законодавства, правил охорони праці, інфекційного контролю та інших обов’язкових вимог, установлених для закладів охорони здоров’я.
