Фізична особа-підприємець Гомболевська Лілія Констянтинівна Згідно з пунктом 9 частини другої статті 9 Закону № 755-IV, інформація про кінцевих бенефіціарних власників (контролерів) повинна міститися в ЄДР виключно щодо юридичних осіб. Перелік же … відомостей про фізичних осіб-підприємців, які містяться в ЄДР відповідно до частини четвертої статті 9 Закону № 755-IV, не включає зазначену вище інформацію. Крім того, саме поняття «кінцевий бенефіціарний власник (контролер)» (пункт 20 частини першої статті 1 Закону № 1702-VII) стосується виключно юридичних осіб, оскільки фізична особа, у тому числі фізична особа-підприємець, не має статусу юридичної особи відповідно до Цивільного кодексу України і не може мати бенефіціарного власника (контролера). Таким чином, на фізичних осіб, у тому числі фізичних осіб-підприємців, не поширюються вимоги про внесення в ЄДР відомостей про кінцевого бенефіціарного власника
