Поставка (передача) Товару здійснюється партіями, відповідно до замовленого обсягу, протягом 1 (одного) робочого дня з дати усної заявки Покупця. Розрахунки проводяться шляхом оплати Покупцем суми згідно наданого Продавцем рахунку на оплату Товару та … підписаної Сторонами видаткової накладної. Продавець підписанням цього Договору гарантує наявність розгалуженої мережі АЗС, на яких Покупець матиме можливість користуватися Товаром на території м. Київ та Київської області. При цьому одна АЗС Продавця має бути розташована на відстані не більше 6 км. від адреси Покупця: с. Новосілки, вул. Озерна, 20.
