ОБҐРУНТУВАННЯ ПОТРЕБИ ПРЕДМЕТА ЗАКУПІВЛІ- дизельне паливо, Євро-5 (талон) за ДК 021:2015: 09130000- 9 «Нафта і дистиляти» Індикатор плану закупівлі UA-P-2026-05-22-010291-a (відповідно до Постанови КМУ від 11.10.2016 року №710 «Про ефективне використання державних коштів» із змінами та доповненнями) Обґрунтування доцільності закупівлі. У зв’язку із збільшенням об’єму робіт по благоустрою населених пунктів громади у літній період (вивезення сміття та твердих побутових відходів, грейдерування доріг, тощо). Для безперебійної роботи наявної техніки в червні місяці 2026 року виникла потреба в придбанні Дизельного палива Євро-5. По причині різкого коливання ціни на дизельне пальне (зменшилися у порівнянні з початком місяця) спричиненого зростанням/спаданням цін на нафту на світових ринках, закупівлю прийнято рішення закупівлю ПММ, зокрема дизельного палива здійснювати в невеликих об’ємах з розрахунку роботи техніки на один місяць. В даному разі в кількості 1000 літрів на червень місяць 2026 року. Очікувана вартість закупівлі становить 84 000,00 грн. Визначення очікуваної вартості зроблено відповідно до наказу Міністерства розвитку економіки, торгівлі та сільського господарства України від 18.02.2020 №275 «Про затвердження примірної методики визначення очікуваної вартості предмета закупівлі» на підставі аналізу ринку цін на даний предмет закупівлі методом порівняння актуальних ринкових цін. Придбання здійснюється за рахунок коштів місцевого бюджету, виділених для підприємства на зазначені цілі. Hide
