Обґрунтування технічних і якісних характеристик та очікуваної вартості предмета закупівлі, що містить інформацію про назву предмета закупівлі, визначення потреби у придбані предмету закупівлі, обґрунтування технічних та якісних характеристик предмета закупівлі, їх опис та обґрунтування очікуваної вартості предмета закупівлі. 1 Назва предмета закупівлі Дизельне пальне (талони) ДК 021:2015: 09130000-9 - Нафта і дистиляти 2 Визначення потреби у придбані предмету закупівлі Забезпечення паливом колісних транспортних засобів підприємства, двигуни яких працюють на дизельному пальному. Для забезпечення безперебійної та ритмічної роботи підприємства. 3 Обґрунтування технічних та якісних характеристик предмета закупівлі Технічні, якісні характеристики предмета закупівлі повинні передбачати необхідність застосування заходів із захисту довкілля. Учасник процедури закупівлі повинен мати обладнання, матеріально-технічну базу та технології, необхідні для виконання поставки товару та документально підтвердити досвід виконання аналогічного за предметом закупівлі договору. Країною походження товару не може бути Російська Федерація/Республіка Білорусь/Ісламська Республіка Іран. Паливо повинно відповідати Державним стандартам України Дизельне пальне - ДСТУ 7688:2015 Паливо дизельне Євро та по своїм технічним/якісним показникам до сезонності експлуатації. 4 Обґрунтування очікуваної вартості предмета закупівлі Очікувана вартість предмета закупівлі становить 70400 грн з ПДВ. Очікувана вартість предмета закупівлі визначена, виходячи з середньої ціни на ринку аналогічних товарів. Визначення очікуваної вартості предмета закупівлі, шляхом проведення моніторингу цін, здійснення пошуку, збору та аналізу загальнодоступної інформації про ціну товару (тобто інформація про ціни, що містяться в мережі інтернет у відкритому доступі, в електронній системі закупівель «Прозоро»).
