Бензин А-95 (Євро-5) для потреб Вищого антикорупційного суду

Поданням своєї пропозиції постачальник підтверджує, що не пропонує товар походженням з Російської Федерації/Республіки Білорусь/Ісламської Республіки Іран. Строк поставки бензину А-95 (Євро-5) для потреб Вищого антикорупційного суду, за кодом ДК 021:2015 … – 09130000-9 «Нафта і дистиляти» (далі - Товару): протягом 15 (п’ятнадцяти) календарних днів з моменту укладання Договору, але в будь-якому випадку до 15 червня 2026 року. Оплата за поставлений Товар здійснюється Вищим антикорупційним судом (далі – Покупець) впродовж 14 (чотирнадцяти) календарних днів з моменту отримання Товару на підставі належно оформленої видаткової накладної або акту приймання-передачі Товару (далі - Первинний документ), наданих Постачальником при оформленні поставки. Одночасно з підписанням Первинного документу сторони Договору підписують акт приймання-передачі Товару на зберігання від Покупця Постачальнику. Одночасно з підписанням Первинного документу та акту приймання-передачі Товару на зберігання, Постачальник видає Покупцю дозвільні документи на отримання Товару Покупцем у вигляді талонів номіналом 10 та/або 20 літрів на отримання Товару (далі – Дозвільні документи) на кількість придбаного Покупцем Товару відповідно до Первинного документу. Термін дії Дозвільних документів на всю кількість придбаного Покупцем Товару повинен становити не менше ніж 6 календарних місяців з дати передачі Дозвільних документів. Зберігання та видача (передача) Товару Покупцю зі зберігання за Дозвільними документами здійснюється на автозаправних станціях Постачальника та/або на автозаправних станціях, з якими Постачальник уклав договори поставки Товару, що розташовані у м. Києві та по всій території України (крім тимчасово окупованих територій та території активних бойових дій) та які призначені для заправки транспортних засобів паливом, відповідно до вимог Правил роздрібної торгівлі нафтопродуктами, затверджених постановою Кабінету Міністрів України від 20.12.1997 № 1442. Відстань проїзду від місцезнаходження Покупця (01601, м. Київ, проспект Берестейський, 41) до не менше, ніж однієї автозаправної станції, на якій здійснюється видача Товару Покупцю зі зберігання, не повинна перевищувати 7-ми кілометрів згідно з сервісом https://www.google.com.ua/maps
