Постачальник здійснює поставку Товару Покупцю згідно заяв-анкет на поставку Товару на умовах EX WORKS «Франко-завод», ІНКОТЕРМС (Офіційні правила тлумачення торговельних термінів Міжнародної Торгової Палати (редакція 2010 року). Умови EX WORKS «Франко-завод», ІНКОТЕРМС у редакції 2010 року, застосовуються Сторонами в частині умов, що не врегульовані Договором. Поставка Товару може здійснюватися окремими партіями. Обсяг і асортимент Товару (його окремої партії) визначається Покупцем самостійно у письмовій заяві-анкеті на поставку Товару (далі – Заява), яку Покупець надає Постачальнику. Заява повинна бути складена за формою, наведеною в Додатку 4 до цього Договору. Покупець зобов’язаний оплатити вартість переданого Товару (партії Товару) не пізніше 20 (двадцяти) календарних днів з дня підписання Сторонами Акту приймання-передачі Товару або видаткової накладної, у яких вказується конкретний асортимент, кількість та ціна Товару, а також основний запис матеріалу (ОЗМ), визначений у Специфікації. Постачальник зобов’язаний надати Покупцю рахунок на оплату разом з Актом приймання-передачі Товару або видатковою накладною (із зазначенням у тому числі основного запису матеріалу (ОЗМ), визначеного у Специфікації.
