Покупець здійснює оплату за Паливо а Національній валюті – гривні, в безготівковому порядку, після фактичного його постачання у продовж 10 календарних днів з дня підписання сторонами видаткової накладної. Датою здійснення будь-яких платежів Покупцем за цим Договором є дата списання відповідних коштів з розрахункового рахунку Покупця.

Description:

Поставка палива може здійснюватися частково за заявкою Покупця на конкретну кількість. Поставка палива за заявкою покупця здійснюється не пізніше 5 календарних днів. У разі, якщо поставка здійснена лише частково (видаткова накладна підписана лише на частину Палива, зазначеного в Специфікації, оплата здійснюється пропорційно за фактично поставлену кількість Палива. Оплата здійснюється відповідно до ст. 49 Бюджетного кодексу України.
