Під час розгляду пропозиції постачальника, яка визначена економічно вигідною, було виявлено, що при оголошенні запиту пропозицій постачальників при заповненні поля очікуваної вартості закупівлі було зазначено, що очікувана вартість зазначається без ПДВ. Це може призвести до перевитрачання бюджетних коштів, що порушує принцип максимальної економії, ефективності та пропорційності, визначений у ст. 5 Закону України ”Про публічні закупівлі”, у зв’язку з чим здійснення закупівлі стало неможливим.
